DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All artwork sales are final at the time of purchase, even if the artwork has not yet been shipped. Everyone sees color differently and all monitors display color a little differently, so we do our best to ensure that descriptions and colors presented on the website are as accurate as possible. If you are unsure of color please feel free to contact us and ask for more photos. We'll be happy to send them! If you are unsure of the size you need, I recommend measuring and taping off the area where you want to place the art to see if you are happy with the size before purchasing your art.
MY ART WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT...WHAT SHOULD I DO?
When you receive your package, please open it the same day to make sure that it has arrived in good condition. If there are any damages, please email us within 24 hours with photos of both the packaging and the damage to the artwork. If we do not receive notice of damage within 48 hours of delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund or a replacement.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?
Absolutely! Please contact us for more information on how to commission a painting and I'll be happy to send you pricing and details about the process.
WHY DO YOU SIGN YOUR ART THAT WAY?
I get a lot of questions about why I sign my Op Art paintings the way I do. Nine times out of ten I will always sign my paintings on the right side of the piece and in the same direction as the stripes, regardless of which way the piece is supposed to hang. So if the stripes go vertical, my signature is vertical. It's a personal preference and I feel that it flows better with the style of my work. On the rare occasion I will break this rule, but for the most part that is how you can expect me to sign my pieces.
WHAT IS A GICLEE?
A giclée (often pronounced "zee-clay") is a fine art digital print created by an high-quality inkjet printer which uses archival-grade inks. When printed on acid-free archival paper stock, a giclée print will last a lifetime or longer.
LEGAL COPYRIGHT STUFF
I retain the copyright to all my artwork, even if you purchase a print or an original. It is illegal to use images of my art for commercial purposes or monetary gain (and generally an uncool business practice) so please don’t do that. Please DO feel free to blog about it, Pin or Instagram photos of my art and give credit to Gina Julian when doing so. The universe (and I) will thank you for it!
