HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Prints and works on paper are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube via USPS and usually arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment (for international orders, in approximately 2-3 weeks from date of shipment).
Works on canvas are carefully packaged to ship UPS Ground and usually arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Orders over $300 will require a signature for delivery.
All orders receive a tracking number.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Due to the fragile nature of canvas and paper, returns are not accepted and all artwork sales are final. Everyone sees color differently and all monitors display color a little differently, so I do my best to ensure that descriptions and colors presented on the website are as accurate as possible. If you are unsure of color please feel free to contact me and ask for more photos. I'll be happy to send them!
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?
Absolutely! Please contact me for more information on how to commission an illustration or painting. For graphic portraits, pricing is determined by the amount of detail (and therefore, time) needed to successfully illustrate the subject, so commission fees will vary.
WHAT IS A GICLEE?
A giclée (often pronounced "zee-clay") is a fine art digital print created by an high-quality inkjet printer which uses archival-grade inks. When printed on acid-free archival paper stock, a giclée print will last a lifetime or longer.
LEGAL COPYRIGHT STUFF
I retain the copyright to all my artwork, even if you purchase a print or an original. It is illegal to use images of my art for commercial purposes or monetary gain (and generally an uncool business practice) so please don’t do that. Please DO feel free to blog about it, Pin or Instagram photos of my art and give credit to Gina Julian when doing so. The universe (and I) will thank you for it!
